Iraq probes $17 billion in reconstruction funds

Iraq probes $17 billion in reconstruction funds --The US was responsible, after its 2003 invasion, for administering the Development Fund for Iraq Blackwater, DynCorp, Monsanto, ExxonMobil 22 Jun 2011
Iraqis are demanding to know what happened to $17 billion in Iraqi money that was part of a U.S.-administered fund for rebuilding the country after years of [US] war and sanctions that now cannot be accounted for properly. But U.S. officials trying to trace the funds say the Iraqi government is not cooperating and has so far not allowed them access to bank records they need to determine if any of the money was misused. [Iraqis would have to be *out of their minds* to allow USociopaths into their bank records! That's like releasing a team of maggots onto a carcass rotting for three weeks in the July sun!]
